The first step in reducing the growth and proliferation of the fungus Candida is to prevent its feeding. Sugar is your worst enemy if you suffer from this disease!
This means you must avoid all forms of sugar, including simple carbohydrates that are later converted in the body into sugar.
Aloe Vera
Aloe Vera creates a pH level that is unfit for Candida’s development. This abundant in benefits plant also helps in cleansing the liver. Liver’s filters turn Candida in by-product and remove toxins from the process after Candida withdraws. Aloe Vera juice can be consumed on a daily basis (no more than ¼ of a cup).
Garlic

Clove oil
Clove oil is yet another very powerful anti-fungal fighter, which also possesses abilities of strengthening the immune system in general. Put 15-30 drops of this oil in some water, and consume the resulting mixture three times a day.
Coconut oil
Coconut oil is extremely powerful anti-fungal agent with an abundance of numerous beneficial properties. Consume a teaspoon of the oil 1-2 times a day.
Tea tree oil
Tea tree oil is able to kill bacteria, viruses and fungi. Mix 15-30 drops of tea tree oil in some water and consume the remedy three times a day.
Oregano oil
Oregano oil is strong antifungal and antimicrobial mean. You can take 5 or more drops of it placing them under the tongue or dilute then in some water and consume the mixture 2-3 times a day. You can also take it in form of capsules or simply prepare yourself tea made of oregano leaves. Oregano oil is also very rich in antioxidants.
Black walnut
Black walnut has been proven to be very effective against the fungus Candida. Black walnut can be taken in a form of capsules or in the form of an extract.
